Ordering & Payment

Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number,
as well as an email confirmation which includes your order number and an order total.

Returns & Exchange
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every pieces of product have a unique story that represents Lanna history and the people who make them.
It is important to us that our customers are happy with our products and services.

We will then be happy to make an returns/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

For all returns and exchanges, the items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Customer is required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs including the return of the item to us.

For customer design work

All custom work is made to order and will do not be returnable under any circumstances.

F.O.B Bangkok Term

Price Term : F.O.B Bangkok (USD)

Minimum order : USD 9,000/shipment. Less than USD 9,000 order,
an extra USD 350 will be charged for handling fee.

Term of payment : 50% deposit before starting production and
balance 50% must be paid before delivery.

Packing : Bulk pack. Products are wrapped with bubble sheet in a 5-layer carton.

Production time : 8-12 weeks, depending on quantity and final confirmation.

Sample order : Sample orders will be charged at retail prices.
For special requests; for example, company logo, sale tag, could be discussed in case by case.
Ex-Factory Term
For those who have an agent in Thailand, Ex-Factory price, if requested, can be applied at your convenience.
